 Juan Adriatico is the President and CEO of The Colt Firm, where he serves as a senior business developer, real estate developer, construction strategist, and leader of the company’s design, engineering, steel, and construction operations. A prior United States Army and Navy Officer, Juan brings more than 15 years of Active Duty military leadership, two combat tours in Iraq, and a strong record of service, discipline, and executive-level decision-making to the construction and development industry.

As a 100% disabled veteran, Juan has built The Colt Firm around the values of faith, service, integrity, leadership, and excellence. His professional background includes military command advisement, counseling, real estate investment, property management, steel building development, home remodeling, land development, and business-to-business partnerships.

Juan began his real estate career managing 44 Section 8 housing units in Daytona Beach, Florida, which gave him early experience in property management, housing operations, and residential real estate. He later expanded into personal real estate investing, remodeling, flipping homes, ranch development, and commercial steel building projects. Over the years, he has developed experience across residential, commercial, agricultural, recreational, and government-related construction markets.

Today, Juan leads The Colt Firm as a veteran-owned design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction support company serving clients across South Carolina, Florida, and nationally through its network of partners, engineers, drafters, builders, and trade professionals. The Colt Firm specializes in architectural design, stamped plans, structural engineering, civil engineering, MEP engineering, steel buildings, steel erection, home remodeling, landscaping, excavation, barndominiums, custom homes, and general contracting support.

As Senior Business Developer, Juan focuses on building strategic relationships with general contractors, developers, builders, investors, manufacturers, government contractors, and private clients. His role includes business development, partnership creation, client acquisition, proposal development, project coordination, contract strategy, and long-term growth planning for The Colt Firm and its affiliated divisions.

Juan’s leadership experience also includes founding and leading multiple companies and organizations in real estate, retail, construction, hunting, athletics, and nonprofit veteran support. His military career includes service as a Battalion Chaplain, Brigade Chaplain, Navy Command Chaplain, and advisor to senior military leadership. During his combat deployment with the 25th Infantry Division in Iraq, he conducted 67 combat patrols, provided care to thousands of soldiers, and was awarded the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge.

Juan holds a master’s degree from Erskine Theological Seminary and has dedicated his life to leadership, service, entrepreneurship, and building organizations that create opportunity for others. His mission through The Colt Firm is to provide clients with dependable design, engineering, steel, and construction support while creating strong business partnerships built on trust, performance, and professionalism.
