Mission

The Colt Firm seeks to become a multimillion-dollar national building that changes the way clients think about the home industry by taking the "One Stop Approach" and "Servant Leadership" within our target industries. 

The Colt Firm is a Veteran Owned and Operated Company. 

Juan Adriatico, President of The Colt Firm, is a former Airborne Paratrooper and combat Veteran of 15 years with the U.S Army & Navy as an Officer and Military Chaplain. Colt Building’s is a family-based company in Greenwood, South Carolina where his team works around the clock in merging marketing strategies that meet the demands and problems of clients across America with solutions and quick response times. The Colt Firm is a Veteran owned and operated company.

Since January 2022, The Colt Firm has transformed from a startup metal building company in the living room of a small farmhouse in Saluda, South Carolina to a powerhouse of engineering, steel buildings, erection crews and a marketing firm.

The Colt Firm seeks to produce 100 million in sales by July 2025. “We are very blessed with the staff we have, and by applying a service to our clients."
