The Colt Firm Design & Engineering Division provides professional planning, design, and engineering support for residential, commercial, industrial, and steel-building projects. Our goal is to take a client’s concept and develop it into coordinated construction documents that can be used for estimating, permitting, fabrication, and construction.

Services can include architectural design, floor plans, elevations, 2D and 3D concepts, structural engineering, foundation design, civil engineering, MEP engineering, site planning, code coordination, and permit-ready construction documents.
